The Fund will invest in various early stage, developmental stage, and later stage companies through direct and indirect investments and purchases of securities of such Portfolio Companies through secondary sources. Utilizing Classes, the Fund will also invest in the interests of other investment funds whose portfolios comprise companies within the Fund’s industry focus.
The General Partner will, from time to time, establish additional Classes of Interests for the purpose of making separate and distinct investments into specific companies identified by the General Partner, or to purchase securities in such companies from secondary sources, or to invest in interests of investment funds whose portfolios comprise companies consistent with the Fund’s general investment focus, which Class will each remain separate from one-another.
The Limited Partner shall have the right to participate in each investment made by any other Class to the extent that there is capital available with respect to the Class for the purpose of making such investment. The aggregate allowable amount of such investment by the Class Partners shall be determined by the General Partner, in its sole discretion.
